We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund. A store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase. All sale merchandise is Final Sale.

Online Purchases:
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed full-price merchandise within 7 days of shipment receipt for a full refund. A store credit will be issued for order returns within 14 days of shipment receipt. All sale items are Final Sale. Online purchases can be returned in-store or by mail. Please email us at Info@luxethreadslife.com to request a return authorization for returns by mail. When the return is authorized, we will follow up with instructions for return.

Shipping and Handling:
Purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or United Parcel Service.
